Participation on the mission trip is subject to approval by Pastor Jesse Barrett and the mission trip team leader.

Thank you for your interest in joining a New Hope Ministries mission trip. Please review the following guidelines carefully before committing:

Commitment and Deposit

• BOTH completion of this form and providing a $100 deposit constitute a commitment to move forward as part of the mission team.
• If you have not completed both by the cutoff date, you are not counted as going until this is done.
• The deposit is refundable until 3 months prior to departure. After that date, it will be forfeited.

Fundraising

• There will be fundraising opportunities, but you must actively participate in them to receive credit.
• New Hope Ministries is not responsible for raising funds on your behalf. You are expected to pursue personal fundraising efforts outside of church-sponsored events.
• Credit will only be given for fundraisers you attend.
• Remaining balance due 60 days from departure

Team Expectations

• You must work well with others and maintain a positive, cooperative attitude throughout preparation and travel.
• You must remain flexible, as mission work often involves unexpected changes.
